‘We are Fluid Motion. We use theatre to create happy brains.’

We are facilitators of lightbulb moments, unforgettable experiences that nurture and support people’s mental health. We push the boundaries of how theatre can help make happier brains. We make performances and deliver projects for communities and with them, using their own lives as inspiration. We want as many people as possible to experience the power of theatre and to be wowed by its impact on their wellbeing.

For 11 years, the charity Fluid Motion has supported and highlighted mental health issues through theatre, education and community projects and conversations with our audiences. We work with over 20,000 people annually to get involved with creative activities to improve mental wellbeing, build resilience and challenge the stigma around mental health.

At a time when the world is in crisis, our annual All in the Mind Festival is more important than ever, but we can’t continue to deliver it without financial support. Every donation is greatly appreciated by the team and the communities we serve.
