Artform: Children’s Dance

Commotion Dance creates moving stories, plays with innovative ideas and encourage young audiences to learn through imagination. Led by dance artists Alana Jones, this fun and imaginative workshop is based on the show Will and When: Our Garden, so why not grab your picnic blanket and watering can and come and join us in the garden for a boogie!

About the show:

Will and When: Our Garden show sees two very different characters on a messy movement adventure to discover why it’s important to help things grow. Wilhelmina (Will) loves to grow things but doesn’t quite know how. She’s willing to do anything to make sure her plants are safe and happy. Wendy (When) just doesn’t have the time to help so needs the audiences to help her understand she needs to look after the environment.
