Being your own best friend by Andover Mind

One in four of us will experience mental health problems at some time and it’s a tough thing to face alone. If you have a mental health problem, or a loved one has, you’ll want experienced and compassionate people in your corner offering advice and information and supporting your journey to recovery.

Andover Mind have been working in the local community since 1984 and from very small beginnings, they have grown into a well-respected, major provider of local mental health services. They don’t just help people suffering mental health distress; they are here for anyone who is interested in maintaining or improving their mental well-being.

Andover Mind have kindly partnered with the All in the Mind Festival to offer a series of short resources, led by professionals, that can help improve health and well-being. ‘Being your own best friend’ is created for Andover Mind by Jenny Sergeant – Mindful Self-compassion Teacher.
